Prepare the hair for your keepsake
Gently comb the hair, avoid conditioner and do not braid it before mailing. Secure the strands with an elastic band and place them in a dry protective bag. Include your order number and contact details. We send the destination address after your payment is confirmed.
Bracelets usually need 25–30 cm of horsehair; Perfecta needs 30–35 cm. Details differ by product — please check before cutting.
Handmade production and lead time
Estimated production time is up to 10 business days after payment confirmation, receipt of the necessary horsehair and agreement on all details. Every keepsake is made by hand, so busy periods may require additional time. We will contact you about any expected delay. Shipping time is additional.
