Can I use my own horse’s hair?
Yes. After your payment is verified, we will send shipping instructions and the address.
How should I prepare the hair?
Comb and secure the strands with an elastic band. Do not braid or treat them with conditioner. Include your order number.
How much hair for a bracelet?
Usually 25–30 cm long, about 1.5 cm thick. Perfecta requires around 30–35 cm.
How much hair for a keychain?
Classic: roughly 20 cm by 2 cm. Lancero: around 25 cm by 1.5 cm.
How much hair for a necklace?
Classic: approximately 15 cm by 1.5 cm. Lancero: about 20 cm by 1.5 cm.
Should I wash the horsehair?
No. The studio will clean the material before crafting.
What details should I include?
Include your order number, name and contact details. Product choices are saved with your order.
Mane or tail?
Tail hair is generally stronger for braids; mane hair often works well for delicate tassels.
Can I add an engraving?
Selected designs support an engraved charm. Availability depends on the model.
How do I measure my wrist?
Use a soft tape measure around your wrist without tightening it, then enter the measurement in centimeters.
Which braid styles are available?
Classic, Rope, Lancero, Nature, Rocket and Perfecta have distinct braiding patterns and shapes.
How long does production take?
Up to 10 business days after payment, hair and all order details have been confirmed. Busy periods may cause delays; we will contact you with an updated estimate. Shipping takes additional time.
Can I combine hair from several horses?
Yes, subject to checking the requirements for your selected design.
Can I buy without supplying horsehair?
Yes. Select studio-stock horsehair.
Where does the studio hair come from?
Please contact the studio for details about the availability and sourcing of colors.
